Yinghai Ltd, trading as Granny Noodles, is responsible for personal information collected through this website and the restaurant.

For online table bookings we collect your name, mobile number, email address, requested date, time and party size, and any optional note. We use this information to confirm eligible bookings automatically, review larger bookings, contact you about the booking, and send confirmation emails.

For online orders we collect your name, mobile number, email address, order details, optional notes, payment status and transaction reference. Technical security records may include an IP address and request time. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code.

We use this information to perform the order contract, prepare and hand over food, communicate about the order, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, process refunds and meet legal, tax and accounting duties. The relevant lawful bases are contract, legal obligation and our legitimate interests in operating a secure service.

Payments are handled by Dojo on its hosted checkout page. Transactional order emails are handled by our email delivery provider and contain a private order-status link. We may also share the minimum necessary information with hosting, database and IT service providers, professional advisers, or public authorities where required. Those providers process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection duties.

Operational contact details, order notes and reservation notes are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation after 12 months unless they are needed for a complaint, chargeback or legal claim. Financial transaction records may be retained for up to six years, or longer where the law requires.

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or a third-party booking service, those services may process your information under their own privacy terms. This website uses essential browser storage to remember language and cookie preferences and does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

The embedded Google map is not loaded unless you accept external content in the cookie settings.
