1. Who we are
Yinghai Ltd, trading as Granny Noodles, operates this website and the restaurant at 37 Jewry Street, London EC3N 2ER, England. You can contact us on 07347 997926.
2. Online collection orders
Online orders are for collection from the restaurant unless the checkout clearly says otherwise. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we accept the order. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.
3. Menu, availability and prices
Menu descriptions and photographs are illustrative. Ingredients, availability and presentation may change. The checkout total shown immediately before payment is the amount charged. We may reject unusually large orders or orders we cannot safely prepare.
4. Allergies
You must tell us about allergies before ordering. Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, sesame, soy, egg, shellfish and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. An online order note is not a substitute for speaking to the restaurant; call 07347 997926 before paying if an allergy is involved.
5. Collection
The collection estimate is confirmed during checkout. Please arrive at the restaurant and provide the order reference. Food quality and safety may be affected by late collection. You are responsible for providing a reachable mobile number and checking the order details before payment.
6. Payment
Payments are processed on a secure page hosted by Dojo. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. A payment is not final until its status is confirmed by Dojo.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Prepared food is perishable and made for your order. Our cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy linked below. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed or for business losses arising from a consumer order.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
